DRMP, Inc. seeks a Business Unit Leader to drive strategic growth and financial performance for a defined portfolio within Transportation. This senior role provides significant autonomy while safeguarding safety, risk, and financial foundations.

Location flexibility includes Jacksonville or Tallahassee, with cross-site leadership over strategy, portfolio management, and talent development to deliver sustainable, profitable results for clients and the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree strongly preferred.
• Professional engineering licensure is an asset depending on the service line.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in engineering, infrastructure consulting, environmental services, or related professional services.
• Experience leading teams and driving talent acquisition and development.
• Proven track record in managing a portfolio of projects with P&L accountability.

Responsabilités

• Develop and communicate a clear business unit vision and strategy aligned with company.
• Set market strategy, prioritizing attractive markets, clients, and service offerings to grow the portfolio.
• Drive business development with your team to build and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Oversee portfolio governance and performance, including budgets, forecasts, and ETCs.
