DRMP, Inc. in Clearwater, FL, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead transportation projects across the Tampa Bay and Florida Gulf Coast region.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget and client satisfaction while coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-profile infrastructure programs for FDOT, Florida's Turnpike Enterprise, and regional agencies. The role requires 15–20+ years of experience, a PE, and strong leadership to drive pursuits, strategic growth, and technical excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (PE required).
• 15–20+ years of progressive transportation engineering experience.
• Experience managing major roadway and transportation projects (FDOT, Florida's Turnpike Enterprise, tolling authorities, etc.).
• Familiarity with Florida transportation procurement and project delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic growth by strengthening client relationships and expanding opportunities with transportation agencies.
• Contribute to winning work through proposal development, capture planning, and pursuit execution.
• Lead project delivery as Project Manager for complex roadway and transportation projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Strengthen the team by mentoring project managers and staff, and fostering knowledge sharing.
• Deliver quality through leadership that reinforces DRMP's reputation for technical excellence and responsive client service.
