Primo Brands in Allentown, PA seeks a Regional Transportation Manager to oversee freight and transportation operations across multiple states. You will manage terminals, carrier performance, safety, cost controls, regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the Director of Transportation and Regional Fleet Managers.

This role drives efficiency through IBT optimization, 3PL/dedicated carrier management, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and supply chain to ensure on-time

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; not required.
• Transportation experience in a large enterprise with its own fleet.
• Proven leadership of remote teams.
• Driver qualification to perform safety checkpoints preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proven reporting.
• Experience with DriveCam.
• Experience leading organizational transformation and change management.
• Advanced competency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide regional oversight of driver safety, investigations, and training.
• Own national transportation initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with division sales, operations, production, and supply chain to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Improve cross-functional communication and align objectives.
• Maximize productivity through IBT optimization and 3PL management.
• Oversee Dedicated Transportation fleets and performance.
• Use data to drive process improvements without hurting service or profitability.
• Manage inbound and outbound transportation for plants, co-packers, warehouses, and sales within the division.
• Ensure on-time delivery for inter-branch transfers and customer orders.
• Develop and maintain transportation procedures to reduce costs.
