Primo Brands in Cabazon, CA is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to drive continuous improvement, manage carrier relationships, and ensure safe, cost‑effective operations across multiple sites.

The role requires interviewing and hiring drivers, coordinating with factory leadership and planning teams, training drivers, and optimizing costs while maintaining compliance and high service levels. A bachelor0s degree is preferred and 1+ years in transportation leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of transportation leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a group-based environment.
• Customer focused attitude in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement through others.
• Lead safety initiatives and QA training for drivers.
• Interview, hire, and retain company driver capacity to meet spring haul needs.
• Build relationships with factory leadership and transport partners.
• Manage costs and ensure safe operations for drivers and vendors.
• Collaborate with Production, planning and Spring teams to meet requirements.
