PrimeSource Building Products, Inc. in Dallas seeks a Regional Fleet and Driver Manager to lead the fleet delivery operations across distribution centers, drive safety and efficiency, and partner with Wolf Logistics and stakeholders to meet targets in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Talent.

You will guide strategic and hands-on management, focus on process improvements, equipment optimization, and talent development, and support strategic projects under the Director of Fleet Operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, transportation, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in fleet management, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations, warehouse operations, and process improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead multiple locations and large cross-functional teams.
• Experience with P&L management and budgetary processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or KT problem-solving preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily execution of fleet operations to achieve performance targets in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Talent.
• Hire, coach, and develop Regional Fleet Managers, and other operations personnel.
• Utilize scorecards, KPIs, and performance reviews to drive accountability and improvement.
• Foster a high-performance, safety-first culture across all sites and teams.
• Form strong relationships across functional divisions to create a culture of cooperation and collaboration.
