Job summary

MEI Industrial Solutions is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and administer training programs across regional offices in Chandler, AZ. You will lead onboarding, maintain certifications, manage LMS, and collaborate with management to build enhanced development plans.

Responsibilities include coordinating Day 1 orientation, tracking trainings and certifications, and ensuring accurate records. A strong background in training design, delivery, and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, training, HR or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Training Specialist or similar role.
• Proven ability to design training programs and curricula with effectiveness measures.
• Experience delivering training to individuals and groups.
• 5 years administering learning management software; capability to guide others on use.
• Proficient with MS Office and Windows OS; strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire onboarding with Safety and other departments; present Day 1 orientation.
• Oversee training projects and regional office initiatives; ensure program effectiveness.
• Manage Entry Level Driver Training programs; evaluate candidates and qualifications.
• Create tracking for certifications; maintain records and disseminate information.
• Administer LMS to track training and invite users to sessions.
• Assist design and scheduling of training programs for corporate personnel.
• Produce training materials and maintain regional office records.
• Coordinate Day 1 Orientation across offices; travel locally for onboarding.
• Schedule training, communicate needs to instructors, and mentor participants.
• Perform other duties as needed.
