Job summary

The Regional Trainer at MOC Products Company designs, builds and delivers regional training programs. About 90% of training is online via live sessions and self-paced modules, with 10% in person at branches or offices.

You will maintain curricula, update content in the LMS and ADP, lead onboarding, and track metrics. You’ll report results to regional leadership and ensure content remains accurate across locations and cultures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, HR, business, or communications.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate training, instructional design or related role.
• Proven experience leading live virtual training to groups.
• Experience creating training materials and curriculum from start to finish.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
• Excellent presentation, writing and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of live virtual training sessions for new hires and leaders using Teams/Zoom/Webex.
• Occasional in-person training within the region.
• Lead onboarding and regional orientation programs.
• Adapt delivery to diverse audiences across frontline, sales, office and management.
