Job summary

Hospitality Confidential is seeking a traveling Regional Trainer to support our growing QSR client across the Central US territory. This role requires 100% travel Monday through Friday, with responsibility for new store openings, training, inventory control, and trade shows.

You will report to the Director of Operations and lead franchisees and non-traditional sites, ensuring brand standards and effective training execution across locations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant operations experience required.
  • Proven successful track record of training in a restaurant operations environment required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
  • Must be resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist franchisees with new store openings and training. Coordinate training plans, including verification that all training materials and tools are ready in advance of scheduled training.
  • Participate in trade shows and grand openings within a geographically defined area.
  • Guide and support the franchisee to ensure compliance with all brand requirements.
  • Work closely with distributors to ensure that franchisees have their initial inventory.
  • Ensure physical facilities comply with company brand standards.
  • Conduct on-site educational workshops and training sessions for the franchisee.
  • Complete a variety of administrative duties, including follow-ups, weekly expense reports, preparation of classes, etc.
  • Ability to resolve field problems: immediate attention and adequate assistance are provided to distributors and customers.
  • Ensure that required reports and records are accurately created and are timely in their submission.
  • Foster a collaborative internal & external team environment.

Hospitality Confidential is pleased to present this exciting traveling Regional Trainer role with our growing QSR client! This role will be responsible for locations in the Central territory of the US and will require 100% travel! Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the Regional Trainer will provide necessary counsel and assistance to franchisee’s and non-traditional sites. The position will assist with new store openings, special projects, training, initial inventory control, and trade shows.

The Regional Trainer must be a dynamic, professional leader with effective communication and organizational skills. Qualified applicants must be comfortable with a 100% travel position Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Only apply if you are located in the greater Oklahoma City, OK, or the greater St.Louis, MO areas. Candidates in Austin, TX, or Denver, CO may be considered.
  • 2+ years of restaurant operations experience required.
  • Proven successful track record of training in a restaurant operations environment required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
  • Must be resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have the ability to learn industry-specific software programs.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be willing to travel 100% Monday-Friday; overnight travel that may include air, car, train, or water.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently, 75 pounds occasionally as a team lift
  • Must be able to stand for 8+ consecutive hours
  • Must be able to sit for 8+ consecutive hours
