• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience in transportation
• Excellent conflict resolution skills

Responsibilities

• Promote and develop safe work behaviors in line with safety programs and objectives
• Monitor hours of service for drivers; ensure compliance with company and government regulations and policies
• Supervise performance of drivers to achieve incident-free deliveries of every load
• Lead, manage, evaluate, and develop staff personnel
• Forecast terminal performance; evaluate performance and take corrective actions to meet forecasts
• Engage local customers regularly to drive growth and enhance relationships
• Ensure maximum asset utilization
