Job summary

First Community Credit Union (FCCU) in North Dakota is seeking a Service Specialist Manager to guide member service and reception across multiple branches. You will lead daily operations, coach staff, and drive sales while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

As a working leader, you will oversee cash operations, balance vault activities, and foster a service-driven culture aligned with FCCU's values. Strong communication and supervisory skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a financial institution, including at least one year of cash handling.
• Two years of experience leading, training, or supervising others.
• Strong knowledge of consumer and business deposit products and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems with data entry and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage member service and reception operations across multiple branch locations to ensure service excellence, sales support, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise, coach, and develop assigned branch personnel, fostering a positive, professional, and high-performing team environment.
• Lead by example in sales and service behaviors by identifying member needs and promoting appropriate products and services.
• Provide daily leadership through work assignment, scheduling, training, performance management, and review of work for accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee branch cash operations and internal controls, including vault security, cash ordering, balancing, audits, and dual control procedures.
