Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a financial institution and cash handling
• 2+ years leading, training, or supervising others
• Strong knowledge of consumer and business deposit products and procedures
• Excellent communication, organization, and decision‑making skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and financial systems, data entry and multitasking

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage member service and reception operations across multiple branches to ensure service excellence.
• Supervise, coach, and develop branch staff, fostering a positive, professional team.
• Lead by example in sales and service by identifying member needs and promoting products.
• Provide daily leadership through work assignment, scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversee branch cash operations, vault security, cash ordering, balancing, audits, and dual controls.
• Handle member transactions, account openings, issue resolution, and policy compliance.
