Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service while accurately processing financial transactions per bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote bank products and services to enhance the customer banking experience.
• Safeguard bank assets following fraud-prevention, cash-handling and security procedures.
• Balance the drawer at the end of the shift and report outages to supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Obtain customer identification, signatures and other information; record and process transactions per regulations.
• Verify cash, checks and documents for authenticity and detect potential fraud.
• Assist customers with questions during transactions and refer issues to supervisors when needed.
• Balance drawer and report outages at shift end.
