Job summary

RCB Bank seeks a teller to provide excellent customer service and accurately process financial transactions in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. You will support a multi-branch network by promoting products and safeguarding assets through proper fraud-prevention procedures.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly with customers and colleagues, understand basic fraud indicators, and can manage multiple tasks while serving the community.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain customer identification, signatures and required information; record and process transactions per regulations.
• Examine documents for authenticity, detect potential fraud, protect against loss; escalate unusual activity.
• Assist customers with questions during transactions and refer to supervisors when needed.
• Balance drawer at end of shift and report outages to Teller Supervisor.
