Qualifications

• One year of consumer banking experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, resolving discrepancies and answering questions.
• Inform customers about bank products and services.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts.
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain and balance vault and coin machine.
• Handle cash, coins, and confidential information securely.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and by phone.
• Follow bank policies, procedures, and compliance training.
• Maintain logs and generate reports for compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
