Job summary

Pearce Services seeks Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at Cell Tower sites. This regional role requires travel and self-direction, with Santa Margarita, CA as the base.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing cooling systems, and providing timely service calls. We offer competitive hourly pay, benefits, and per diem for travel, with DOT-compliant safety practices emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must hold EPA Level 2/Universal certification.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively by email and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing components.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performing upgrades to Out-of-season HVAC equipment as needed.
• Responding to service calls, including after-hours and emergencies.
• Completing daily work reports accurately and on time.
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle per policy.
