Job summary

Bloomingdale's seeks a Regional Technology Manager to drive store technology deployments across a defined region. You will partner with store leadership and central IT to ensure successful rollouts, QA, and effective adoption of technology tools.

The role blends project management with strategic technical thinking, focusing on on-site visits, training, documentation, and proactive issue resolution to maximize technology value across stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in technology operations, IT project management, or retail systems support.
• Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate deployments and timelines.
• Strategic thinker with ability to translate operational challenges into actionable technology adoption plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of 1-on-1 consultations with store leadership and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional technology pilots, rollouts, and upgrades with minimal disruption to store operations.
• Partner with central IT and store leadership to evaluate readiness and adjust rollout schedules.
• Coordinate QA, testing, and configuration management for zero-defect deployments.
