Job summary

Bloomingdale's is seeking a Regional Technology Manager to lead store technology deployments, QA, and support across a defined region. You will partner with store management and central IT to ensure pilots, rollouts, and upgrades are delivered smoothly with minimal disruption.

The ideal candidate combines project management with strategic technical thinking, guiding deployments, resolving escalations, creating training materials, and documenting processes to maximize value of technology tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in technology operations, IT project management, or retail systems support.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate deployments, manage timelines, and balance priorities across multiple locations.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate operational challenges into actionable technology adoption plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of conducting 1-on-1 consultations with store leadership and developing training materials.
• Proven experience handling major technology escalations and guiding QA/testing processes.
• Working knowledge of retail environments, network infrastructure, POS systems, and MDM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional technology pilots, rollouts, and system upgrades with minimal disruption to store operations.
• Partner with central IT and store leadership to evaluate readiness and adjust rollout pacing.
• Coordinate QA, testing, and configuration management for zero-defect deployments.
