Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Technical Sales Manager focused on developing and managing water treatment equipment and service contracts across the Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Michigan territory.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of sales experience in heavy industrial water/wastewater treatment, strong technical knowledge, and excellent sales and relationship management skills. We offer competitive compensation and benefits from day one!

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales/relationship management with heavy industrial water/wastewater treatment customers.
• Technical knowledge of water treatment technologies (RO, IX, EDI, UF, MBR, filtration, etc.).
• Understanding of heavy industry applications (power, chemicals, steel, paper, refining, food, beverage, manufacturing).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop customer accounts in heavy industrial sectors.
• Manage existing customer relationships and drive year-over-year growth.
• Handle prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams to create customer-focused water treatment solutions.
• Create growth plans and forecast sales performance.
• Partner with services teams and other commercial teams.
