Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Comfortable discussing technical applications and working with engineering-focused customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while pursuing new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with engineers, plant managers, purchasing teams, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs and present appropriate technical equipment solutions.
• Develop new accounts and expand opportunities within existing customers.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations to support successful customer projects.
• Travel to customer sites approximately 25-30%.
• Track sales activity, opportunities, and performance metrics.
