Job summary

Cantrell-Gainco seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Texas & West Coast territory. The role is an individual contributor with a hunter mentality, driving growth in capital equipment, aftermarket parts, and services for our customers. 70% new business and 30% account management.

Travel frequently (3–4 days per week) to customer plants, build a diverse sales funnel, and forecast revenue while coordinating with pricing, marketing, and product teams to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum sales experience in a regional B2B role.
• Experience selling in a highly technical, production environment is a plus.
• Ability to develop client-focused, differentiated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate opportunities for capital equipment, service agreements, parts sales, rebuilds, training, and service labor.
• Maintain frequent onsite presence at customer plants and deliver value-added experiences.
• Collaborate with pricing, marketing, and product teams to drive tenders and campaigns.
