Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the paper industry (service-related, i.e. selling to paper mills).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Able to lift up to 60lbs. and safely use ladders or lifts.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent (trade school/college a plus).

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to provide service, inspect gears, and support sales efforts.
• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering solutions.
• Generate leads, create quotes, and follow through to close the sale.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, customer details, and follow-ups.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and help manage on-site projects.
• Travel about 50% of the time.
