Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering and PE license.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Travel may be required domestically or internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Support employees’ career journeys and development.
• Communicate, integrate, and engage with team members.
• Recruit, interview, and hire new employees to support project workload.
• Deliver a legendary client experience with attention to quality.
• Coordinate workload and staffing within Technical Services group.
• Manage team financial performance including utilization and profitability.
• Oversee training compliance (Safety, Ethics, etc.).
