Job summary

U.S. Anesthesia Partners is seeking a Clinical Talent Operations Partner – Regional Talent Sourcing to join our recruitment team.

The role focuses on building national pipelines for CRNAs, anesthesiologists, and AAs across markets, while coordinating events and ensuring a positive candidate experience from first touch to hire. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in recruitment or sourcing, experience with Beamery or similar CRM, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment, sourcing, sales, or related experience preferred; healthcare experience a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM or ATS platforms (Beamery, iCIMS, Workday, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Partner with national clinical and operational leaders to build talent pipelines through targeted outreach and market engagement.
• Plan and support regional and national events to enhance brand visibility and candidate engagement.
• Develop 1099 recruitment strategy and manage pipeline in specified region.
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to refine strategies and ensure pipeline accountability.
