Job summary

Allied Universal in Louisville is seeking a Regional Recruiter to coordinate recruiting activities across Kentucky. Starting salary up to $56,000 per year plus benefits, 401(k), and PTO.

Candidates should have recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The role focuses on building a pipeline of qualified candidates, partnering with leadership, and optimizing recruiting strategies across branches.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma (or equivalent GED).
• Proven experience turning goals into action by creating and executing strategies and plans to achieve objectives.
• Must be goal-oriented with demonstrated ability to interact successfully in unfamiliar or new environments to accomplish hiring goals.
• Energetic, driven personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines.
• Must be able to work independently and be self-directed, but also take direction from all levels of managers within the region.
• Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and comfortable integrating multiple applications to streamline operations.
• Effective use of technology to create meaningful reports and measurements.
• Professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with driving experience and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop specific recruiting strategies to build an ongoing, ready pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Partner with leadership to develop strategies to proactively recruit and meet hiring needs.
• Create a Recruiting Toolbox of ideas and resources for each hiring need and region.
• Assist in developing a policy and procedure for the recruiting process.
• Provide training and assistance to branch staff in managing applicant tracking systems.
• Administer recruiting measures and analyze hiring data to guide strategies.
• Review and improve branch hiring and interviewing practices.
• Assist with in-branch hiring activities and recruitment events.
