Job summary

Allison Transmission in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Regional Talent Management Partner to lead regional talent management solutions across the Americas. You will partner with HR Business Partners to identify needs and deliver local solutions in collaboration with the Max Team.

This role focuses on driving performance management, succession planning, and talent reviews, aligning regional initiatives with enterprise-wide programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of learning and development, human resources, talent management or similar.
• Experience in building strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitating collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional delivery of performance management, succession planning and talent reviews.
• Support alignment of regional initiatives with enterprise-wide talent programs.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with measurement and evaluation of talent solutions at the regional level.
