Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience delivering program-based or agile deployments.
• Experience across HRBPs, COEs, and HR Operations within a matrixed organization.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or similarly complex operating environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate people strategy into scalable HR solutions at the Lewisburg plant.
• Drive end-to-end execution of people initiatives, including org design and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and HR Operations to deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead change management and coach leaders on talent management and organizational development.
