Allison Transmission in Lafayette, IN is seeking a regional talent management partner to deliver talent management solutions and collaborate with HR business partners to align local needs with enterprise initiatives.

The role focuses on performance management, succession planning, HiPo identification, and ongoing evaluation of talent programs, with travel as needed, and a commitment to inclusive employment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of learning and development or talent management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering preferred.
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional delivery of talent management processes with HRBPs.
• Support regional connection to enterprise talent initiatives.
• Develop and maintain collaborative internal/external stakeholder relationships.
• Recommend design/content changes based on talent data.
• Assist HiPo identification and leadership readiness assessment.
• Evaluate talent solutions to drive global excellence.
• Support planning and rollout of new apps and processes.
• Promote internal development practices and offerings.
• Partner to identify regional talent for internal opportunities.
