Job summary

Sedgwick seeks a Talent Acquisition Representative to manage staffing activities across a designated region and partner with operations to execute timely, cost-effective staffing initiatives aligned with regional and corporate objectives.

The role focuses on building candidate pipelines, screening and interviewing applicants, and mentoring hiring managers in the use of electronic recruiting tools. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Four years of staffing experience; three years as a direct recruiter in high-volume environment.
• Insurance industry recruiting experience preferred; experience with recruiting software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and cultivates sources for hiring within a designated region.
• Screens, interviews, and tests job applicants; maintains applicant database.
• Manages regional recruiting budget and negotiates rates with third-party recruiters.
• Develops candidate relationship pipelines and preferred supplier list.
• Trains hiring managers and Colleague Resources Generalists on recruiting software and processes.
• Provides staffing metrics and advises on turnover and retention.
