Job summary

Unispace, a global design-build partner, seeks a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to lead USA recruitment from our Boston studio. This hands‑on recruiter handles high volumes and builds long‑term pipelines, acting as a brand ambassador for Unispace with candidates and hiring managers.

You will partner with HR and leaders across design, project management, construction, and corporate teams to attract exceptional talent, manage offers, and maintain ATS data.

Qualifications

• In-house or agency recruitment experience in built environment or professional services.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies across varied disciplines and seniority levels.
• Strong direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate attraction tools.
• Credible communicator able to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using an ATS and maintaining recruitment data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle for USA vacancies, from briefing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and align candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through direct search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and specialist networks.
• Conduct initial screening calls and structured interviews to assess fit and culture.
• Manage offer processes including salary benchmarking, negotiations, and pre-employment checks.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical roles across the portfolio.
• Champion Unispace employer brand externally and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain vacancy and candidate data within the ATS, producing recruitment MI and reports.
