Job summary

Unispace is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to lead talent acquisition for the New York office and provide hiring support across the USA. You will work full-time on site with our New York studio team, partnering with HR and hiring managers across Design, Project Management, Pre‑construction, Construction, Commercial, and Corporate functions to attract and secure top talent.

You will manage high volumes of live roles, build long‑term talent pipelines, and act as a brand ambassador

Qualifications

• Demonstrated in‑house or agency recruitment experience across multiple vacancies.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate attraction tools.
• Familiar with ATS and recruitment data reporting.
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle for USA vacancies from briefing to onboarding handover.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
• Source candidates via direct search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Conduct initial screening and structured interviews to assess fit and potential.
• Manage offers, salary benchmarks, negotiations and pre‑employment checks.
• Build proactive pipelines for critical roles and hard‑to‑fill disciplines.
• Promote Unispace employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience.
