Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across Madison, Milwaukee, and Green Bay communities in assisted living, memory care, and independent living.

This hybrid, full-time role partners with leaders to build strong teams. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, develop talent pipelines, and create campaigns to attract top healthcare talent, while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in healthcare, assisted living, memory care, or independent living.
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Knowledge of Wisconsin healthcare labor markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
• Source qualified candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, events.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Create recruitment marketing campaigns to boost engagement.

We are seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Parter to support hiring efforts across multiple locations throughout Wisconsin, with a focus on Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living communities.

This hybrid role can be based in Madison, Milwaukee, or Green Bay and will serve as a key partner in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate brings strong full-cycle recruiting experience, outstanding candidate relationship and management skills, and the flexibility to support a variety of recruiting initiatives across multiple business lines.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer presentation, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, community partnerships, and industry events.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
• Create recruitment marketing and advertising campaigns to increase candidate engagement and brand awareness.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct phone screens to assess qualifications and organizational fit.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting within healthcare, assisted living, memory care, and/or independent living
• Strong candidate sourcing and relationship management skills
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities
• Experience with Workday ATS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Multi-site healthcare recruiting experience
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives
• Knowledge of Wisconsin healthcare labor markets
