Job summary

Pennant Services, Inc. is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across Wisconsin’s senior living communities, including Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living. Hybrid role based in Madison, Milwaukee, or Green Bay, serving multiple locations.

You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with leadership, build talent pipelines, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience to fuel resident care and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within healthcare, assisted living, memory care, and/or independent living.
• Knowledge of Wisconsin healthcare labor markets.
• Experience with Workday ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer presentation, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, community partnerships, and industry events.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
• Create recruitment marketing and advertising campaigns to increase candidate engagement and brand awareness.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct phone screens to assess qualifications and organizational fit.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
