Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in healthcare, strong relationship management, and experience with Workday ATS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within healthcare, assisted living, memory care, or independent living.
• Strong sourcing and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Experience with Workday ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source qualified candidates via job boards, social media, networks, and events.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Create recruitment marketing campaigns to boost engagement and brand awareness.
