Galileo Learning, LLC is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting across camp staff, camp leadership, and HQ roles within a defined region. The role requires adapting to varied profiles and leading a seasonal hiring team.

You will partner with Program and Operations, build regional pipelines with local partners, and track time-to-fill, offer rate, and quality of hires to meet seasonal demands with excellence.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume seasonal hiring.
• Demonstrated leadership or coaching experience.
• Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions across a region.

Aufgaben

• Own full-cycle regional recruiting for all roles within your region (camp staff, leadership, HQ).
• Lead seasonal hiring team Jan–Jun, including training and coaching.
• Partner with HQ and program teams to align staffing plans with regional needs.
• Track metrics (time-to-fill, offer-accept rate, quality/retention) and adjust strategy.
• Build regional pipelines and relationships with schools, universities, and community partners.
• Represent Galileo at regional events and employer-brand initiatives.
