Job summary

AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead a regional team of recruiters and drive scalable, standardized recruiting practices across our partner clinics.

You will partner with regional leaders to translate business needs into recruiting plans, deliver analytics, and shape overall TA strategy. This role emphasizes collaboration, process optimization, and measurable hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition professionals, including coaching, performance management, workload prioritization, and team development.
• Experience in decentralized, multi-site environments, ideally in healthcare/veterinary settings.
• Proven ability to build and execute regional recruiting strategies that align with business needs.
• Experience with recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, dashboards, candidate engagement tools).
• Strong analytics to translate data into regional/divisional recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across regions and leadership levels.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional recruiting team: coach, develop, and align recruiters to business priorities.
• Build and continuously improve a scalable recruiting operating model.
• Develop regional hiring strategies with leaders to meet targets.
• Drive recruiter effectiveness via ATS workflows, sourcing platforms, and dashboards.
• Partner with regional leaders as a strategic TA advisor.
• Provide analytics on funnel health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and market insights.
• Set expectations, monitor performance, and coach for continuous improvement.
• Champion a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and outcomes.
• Monitor market trends and compensation benchmarks to shape strategy.
