Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 10–13 years of relevant experience.
Leadership experience: manage a team of ~10 recruiters and coordinators.
Energy-sector recruiting expertise in EPC, LNG, oil & gas, or power.

Responsibilities

Identifies and leverages industry trends to keep TA programs current.
Manages a regional TA organization to meet staffing targets for permanent and contingent hires.
Forecast TA needs with Senior HR Partners and management to prepare the regional recruitment organization.
Develops strong relationships with hiring managers, key university teams, and executive sponsors.
Leads sourcing strategies, emphasizing passive candidate attraction.
Fosters relationships with professional organizations to recruit niche candidates.
Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques.
