Job summary

• Leads, coaches and develops a recruiting team of ~10 recruiters and coordinators.
• Energy-sector full-cycle recruiting in engineering, EPC, LNG, oil & gas or capital projects.
• Uses recruiting metrics to drive process improvements and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identifies trends and best practices to keep TA programs current and effective.
• Manages a regional TA organization and targets for permanent and contingent hires.
• Forecasts TA needs with HR partners and senior management to meet staffing needs.
• Builds relationships with hiring managers, universities and executive sponsors.
• Leads sourcing through multiple channels with emphasis on passive candidates.
• Engages professional organizations to attract niche candidates.
