Bechtel is seeking a Data Engineering Lead in Houston for end-to-end delivery of scalable data solutions within the Energy GBU. The role blends data engineering with EPC delivery experience to produce governed, production-ready capabilities that support analytics, AI, and business decisions.

This part-time telework position requires at least three days in-person per week with schedules aligned with project leadership, offering opportunities to impact complex energy projects globally.

Qualificações

• Requires bachelor’s or master’s degree and 13–15 years of relevant experience or 17–19 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience delivering data pipelines, data platforms, and APIs.
• Knowledge of EPC project delivery, data governance, and DataOps is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data engineering solutions.
• Oversee data architecture, pipelines, integrations, and data products.
• Ensure governance, quality, security, and compliance across data platforms.
• Collaborate with AI, analytics, architecture, governance, and functional teams.
