Job summary

Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Water Cleanup seeks a Regional Recruitment Manager to drive regional workforce planning, recruiting, and hiring for non-management positions across our Southeast region. Based in our Baltimore office, you will partner with branch leadership to ensure staffing levels meet operational needs and build a strong talent pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of in-house corporate recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and proficiency with ICIMS ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum five (5) years experience as in-house corporate recruiter.
• Proven track record in recruitment and retention program development.
• Strong ability to source and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Experience with ICIMS ATS strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional workforce planning, recruitment, and hiring for non-management positions in assigned branches.
• Attend recruitment events and coordinate interviews and ride-alongs with managers.
• Partner with branch leadership to align staffing with operational needs and growth objectives.
• Evaluate recruitment processes and metrics to identify improvements and retention opportunities.
