You will partner with department leaders, build college pipelines, and drive employer branding, employing ATS tools and multiple sourcing channels to meet staffing goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field is required.
• 3+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience preferred.
• Service or trade industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools is expected.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with multi-state hiring laws and compliance is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing goals.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Partner with department leaders to identify workforce needs and create job descriptions.
• Leverage various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Strive in direct sourcing candidates through Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data and reporting.
• Build relationships with local colleges, trade schools, and community organizations to establish talent pipelines.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Lead employer branding initiatives to promote Roto-Rooter as an employer of choice.
