Job summary

Modine is seeking a Systems & Controls Manager to lead field operations for data center projects across regions. You will supervise field technicians, drive project planning and risk management, and partner with leaders to ensure alignment with delivery commitments.

You will bring 10+ years in industry with 5+ years in leadership and 3+ years in datacenter controls, plus certifications such as Tridium Niagara and PMP/CAPM. Travel is 30%+.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role and at least 3 years in datacenter controls, focusing on critical cooling controls.
• Prior experience delivering data center projects at large-scale facilities for major technology clients is highly preferred.
• Experience managing in-field site operations across multiple sites, and projects specific to data center controls installations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee operations across a team of field technicians across regions, projects, and sites, ensuring high quality, service levels and customer satisfaction while delivering complex projects.
• Manage and mentor field technicians, providing support, resources, and direction for their teams and projects.
• Conduct regular site and project reviews with field technicians to monitor performance, address challenges, and implement process improvements.
• Align with leadership on resourcing, project timelines, and strategy to ensure consistency in operational delivery.
• Serve as regional point of contact for customer escalations, maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in strategy development to enable delivery of all aspects of Controls projects.
