Job summary

Hana Group is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple sushi bars and Asian cuisine kiosks in local grocery stores. You will lead recruitment, training, daily operations, and data-driven decisions to ensure brand standards and customer satisfaction.

This role requires 5-7 years in food-related operations, strong leadership, and proficiency with Excel and BI tools. You will coordinate permits, manage schedules, and partner with corporate teams to improve store performance.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of food-related experience and/or operational business management.
• 3-5 years of team leadership, ensuring a safe and dependable work space.
• Strong knowledge of food safety best practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• On-site training and coaching in sales growth opportunities, daily operations, food safety, customer service and inventory management through technology.
• Review and understand daily sales data to drive growth by kiosk location using company tools.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards in partnership with DO and corporate teams.
• Regular operational store visits to ensure standards are met and staff well-being is maintained, including flexible hours.
• Recruit, train and maintain team members to meet staffing expectations via HR tech and data.
