EyeSouth Partners is seeking a Regional Operations Manager, Surgical Services to lead and scale ASC operations across Florida, Southern Georgia, Alabama, and New Orleans. This hands-on role oversees ASC Facility Administrators and Nurse Managers, ensuring clinical, operational, and financial excellence while traveling up to 50%.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing required.
• BSN required; MSN/MHA/MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership in perioperative services or surgical operations.
• Experience managing multi-site teams and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of ASC regulatory standards and accreditation.

Responsabilités

• Directly oversee ASC Facility Administrators and Nurse Managers across the region.
• Develop and implement best practices to improve clinical and administrative processes.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and staff to optimize OR utilization.
• Lead staffing plans and accreditation preparation across sites.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, and Revenue Cycle teams.
