Georgia Urology is seeking a Regional Administrator to provide clinical and operational leadership for its ambulatory surgery center locations across the region. You will guide standardized workflows, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and staffing effectiveness to deliver safe, efficient, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited nursing program required; ACLS certification required.
• Minimum of five years of progressive perioperative nursing experience, including pre-, intra-, and post-anesthesia care.
• Minimum of three years of experience managing a clinical team.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ambulatory surgery center operations, regulatory and accreditation requirements, clinical workflow standardization, quality improvement, staffing models, and patient safety practices.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site clinical operational leadership for ASC performance across assigned Georgia Urology locations.
• Collaborate with ASC leaders, Nurse Managers, physicians, and executive leadership to improve efficiency and quality outcomes.
• Ensure ASC operations align with CMS/AAAHC/state regulations and internal policies.
• Oversee risk management, incident reporting, and patient experience reporting requirements.
• Maintain policy compliance and accreditation per AAAHC and state/federal requirements.
• Lead staffing plans and oversee operational performance data to drive improvements.
