Job summary

EyeSouth Partners is seeking a Facility Administrator for an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Georgia. You will direct operations, collaborate with medical and administrative leadership, and ensure regulatory and quality standards are met across all departments.

The role requires an RN with BLS/ACLS, plus ambulatory surgery management experience and strong financial acumen to drive performance improvements and staffing optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of ambulatory surgery operations management experience required.
• Bachelor’s of Science degree preferred.
• Licensed, Registered Nurse required.
• BLS & ACLS Certification required.
• Strong financial aptitude with experience managing a P&L.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of the assigned facility according to policies, protocols, orders and regulations.
• Provides on-site support and direction for the staff for coordination with Revenue Cycle services, to ensure appropriate procedures are followed for patient scheduling, registration, medical record documentation, billing and collections.
• Will demonstrate effective leadership and communication skills to motivate associates and conduct staff meetings.
• Ensure compliance with State Licensure, ASC CMS Conditions for Coverage and accrediting organizations.
• Develops and implements standard operating procedures with providers and nursing staff.
