EyeSouth Partners is seeking a Regional Operations Manager, Surgical Services to lead and scale ambulatory surgery center operations in a multi-site network. The role involves direct oversight of ASC Facility Administrators and Nurse Managers, driving clinical, operational, and financial excellence.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of leadership in perioperative services, with strong regulatory knowledge and the ability to deploy scalable systems across locations.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive leadership in perioperative or surgical operations.
• Experience leading multi-site teams and staff management.
• Strong knowledge of ASC regulatory compliance and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ASC Facility Administrators and Nurse Managers across a regional network.
• Develop and implement best practices to enhance clinical and admin processes.
• Conduct site visits and audits to identify improvements and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and staff to optimize OR utilization and scheduling.
