EyeSouth Partners' Georgia Retina location is seeking a Facility Administrator to lead the Ambulatory Surgery Center's operations, staff, and programs. You will collaborate with the Medical Director, Nurse Manager, and VP of Surgical Services to uphold regulatory standards and deliver high-quality patient care.

The role requires an RN license, BLS & ACLS, and at least 3 years in ambulatory surgery operations management, with strong financial skills and leadership abilities to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of ambulatory surgery operations management experience required.
• Licensed, Registered Nurse required.
• BLS & ACLS Certification required.
• Strong financial aptitude with experience managing a P&L.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a matrixed environment.
• Willingness to work beyond normal hours, including weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Directs staff and programs of the Ambulatory Surgery Center.
• Manages operations of the assigned facility according to policies and regulations.
• Collaborates with Medical Director and Nurse Manager to meet standards.
• Oversees front office workflow and revenue cycle coordination.
• Drives continuous quality improvement and performance metrics.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and patient privacy.
