Job summary

Apex Water and Process is seeking an entry-level Regional Support Associate in Minnesota who will manage customer orders, build quotes for chemical and service activities, and support inventory checks. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential to thrive in our fast-paced team.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, procurement, and logistics to ensure accurate order fulfillment, data entry in the ERP system, and timely responses to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Enter data into the ERP system and verify accuracy per policies.
• Enter and track data in Jira.
• Develop knowledge of products, services and policies.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, procurement and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Conduct regular inventory inspections and reconcile inventory records.
• Adhere to safety policies and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
