Job summary

Apex Water and Process Inc. is seeking an entry-level Regional Support Associate to join our growing team in the United States.

You will manage customer orders, prepare quotes for chemical and service activities, and work closely with sales, operations, procurement and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong Microsoft Office skills, experience with ERP systems, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Commitment to safety policies.
• Experience in administrative or customer-service role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Input data into ERP and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Enter and track data in Jira.
• Develop knowledge of products, services and policies.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, procurement and logistics to fulfill orders.
• Conduct regular inventory inspections and coordinate with warehouse.
• Adhere to safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
