Avalon Risk Management Insurance Agency LLC is seeking a customer support professional to join our Regional Operations Support team in Schaumburg, IL. This full-time, hourly role offers a hybrid in-office and work-from-home setup after training, handling Level 1 client communications and document review.

You will follow SOPs, manage timely follow-ups, and coordinate with internal teams. Prior insurance or mortgage/claims support experience is a plus, with strong written and verbal skills and

Competenze

• Must handle high-volume client communications with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional customer service.
• Experience in insurance or mortgage/claims support is a plus and SOP adherence is required.

Mansioni

• Own Level 1 customer support tasks, including reminders and status checks.
• Send email renewals and urgent alerts to broker clients.
• Use DocuSign and JotForm to collect and review required documents.
• Track insufficiencies and notify regions and broker clients of status.
• Update and maintain tracker spreadsheets and audit for document completeness.
